We will try to have your carpet fitted within 2 weeks of you ordering it. At busier times it may be slightly longer but we will always keep you informed.

How long is the fitting guaranteed for?

Six months from day of fitting.

Will someone come out and measure if needed?

Yes, we provide a free measuring and quotation service.

Does the room have to be cleared of furniture?

Yes, in order for the carpet to be fitted properly, ideally rooms should be empty and the old floor covering already uplifted prior to the fitters arrival. We understand that sometimes this is not always possible and fitters will move furniture for an additional fee which they will agree you.

Will fitters take away the old carpet?

No. The fitters drive vans which are not permitted into amenity centers.

Loop Pile Carpet

This type of carpet is practical and hard wearing and is suited to areas of high traffic.

These carpets are however not pet friendly as their claws will pull on the loop pile.
